What you receive

Disney with a baby is an independent, English-language digital planning guide for Walt Disney World in Florida, covering birth to 18 months. It includes all 15 chapters, family photos and videos, age-stage advice and planning sheets where provided. It is not a holiday booking, park ticket or Disney product.

One payment, 24 months of access

The total for your purchase is shown before you pay in Stripe Checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Online access runs for 24 calendar months from payment confirmation and includes updates published to this guide during that period. Downloaded planning sheets are yours to keep for personal use.

Opening your guide

Once Stripe confirms successful payment, the browser used for checkout can open the guide. A payment still awaiting confirmation does not unlock it. We also send an access email. On another device, or after signing out, visit My guide and request a sign-in link using your purchase email address. That link expires after 15 minutes; you can request a new one. You do not need a ChatGPT account or another purchase.

You need an internet connection, a current browser and access to your purchase email address. The guide works on phones, tablets and computers. Online access ends on the date shown in My guide. Contact Jodie if your email address changes or you cannot regain access.

Immediate access and cancellation

At checkout you must expressly request immediate digital access and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the 14-day cancellation right where that right applies. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty, not as described or not supplied.

For a cancellation, refund request or access problem, email Jodie@YourTravelPartners.co.uk with your purchase email address and order reference. Do not send card details. Refunded purchases no longer provide paid guide access; a payment dispute may suspend access while it is resolved.

Using the guide

Your purchase is for your own family's planning. Please do not distribute the guide, copy its photographs or sell access. Attractions, opening times, facilities and rules can change: check current official park information before your visit. The guide shares planning information and personal experience; it does not replace individual medical advice.

Keeping this information

You can print or save this page from your browser. Your purchase email confirms your order, access period and immediate-access acknowledgement. These terms do not limit any consumer rights that apply to you.
