Information used for your guide
TWO EXPLORE LTD, trading as Jodie Disney Travel uses your email address, purchase reference, payment status and access dates to deliver your guide, help you sign in, handle support and maintain purchase records. These uses are necessary to fulfil your purchase. Security checks and limited request records help prevent abuse. Our company, VAT, registered-office and contact information is on the Business details page.
Payment and email services
Stripe processes payment details through its secure payment form, embedded on this website or hosted by Stripe, and collects and stores your billing address, including your country, for payment and accounting records. Stripe may also collect device and browser information to help prevent fraud. We and our accountant may use this billing location when preparing our accounts and tax records. The guide website does not receive your full card number. Resend sends sign-in and guide-access messages. Jodie receives a purchase notification containing your email address, amount, currency and order reference so she can support your purchase. The website and its protected records are hosted through OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices: Stripe, Resend and OpenAI. Their services may involve processing outside the United Kingdom.
Sign-in and essential cookies
Sign-in links are single use and expire after 15 minutes. Essential cookies keep your browser signed in, remember its particular checkout and protect forms. Sign-in and purchase-browser sessions last up to 30 days, while paid access itself lasts for the agreed 24 months. You can sign in again without repurchasing. The server checks your current access whenever you request protected guide content.
Local prices
Country information supplied by the hosting network is used to select the displayed currency. The guide application does not keep your IP address for currency selection. Network providers may process technical information as part of delivering and securing their services.
Free guide and marketing
The free-guide form on the main website uses Mailchimp. Its optional marketing checkbox is separate from buying this guide and from service emails. Purchasing or requesting a sign-in link does not subscribe you to marketing. If you choose to receive marketing, you can unsubscribe using the link in those messages.
Keeping and managing information
Access records are used to provide and support your guide. Financial records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Temporary sign-in links expire automatically; expiry of an access cookie does not erase a purchase record.
To ask about your information, request a copy, correct details or request deletion where applicable, contact Jodie@YourTravelPartners.co.uk. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
